We integrate these systems through our skills in Home Automation system design and our expertise in delivering technology into the home.
We are committed to tailoring systems to our clients’ exact requirements and are present in the long term through our commitment to maintenance and after care.
Who We Are.
Luxe Smart Homes was founded by Richard Colman in 2017.
Following careers in finance and the music industry, Richard decided to follow his passion for technology and commerce and set out on a career in Home Automation by setting up Luxe Smart Homes with the ambition to offer the best in class Home Automation services in Surrey and beyond.
With a commitment to delivering an exceptional service, along with an experienced team of highly dedicated and knowledgeable professionals, he strives to surpass expectations on every project undertaken.
Our staff are certified by CEDIA, global trade association for the custom install market, giving you the peace of mind that every aspect of your project is designed, installed and maintained to the highest standards within the home technology industry.
The majority of enquiries at Luxe Smart Homes come from personal recommendation from existing clients and Interior Designers, Super Prime Real Estate Agents and Architects. Richard’s knowledge, professionalism and discretion has attracted discerning clients, from music artists and sportsmen to city financiers and global investors who all share the same passion and desire to enrich their life at home through the integration of technology.
Where We Operate.
Luxe Smart Homes are based in Cobham and cover all areas within Surrey. These areas include private residencies in Esher, The Fairmile Estate in Cobham, The Crown Estate in Oxshott, St. George’s Hill in Weybridge and the Wentworth Estate covering Virginia Water and Sunningdale.
We are also happy to discuss projects further afield on an ad hoc basis
