After Care
Most of the luxury homes we operate in will usually have upwards of one hundred connected network devices and it's imperative that they are stable and online to avoid any service disruption. We remotely monitor all our home networks to ensure all devices are online and operating as they should. The management tools we use can't see what traffic is passing across the network but they can tell us if a device is responsive or not. If a device gets stuck, we will likely have a way to power cycle it to bring it back to life. Remote management of our client's home networks gives them peace of mind that they will remain connected to the outside world and we are at hand if a network connection is lost.
Maintenance Packages
Large Home Automation control systems and heavy home networks require regular maintenance so that the systems are running on the latest software and firmware versions. Software developers and manufacturers are constantly adapting their operating systems to ensure that there are no vulnerabilities in the network security of the system and any bugs that have been reported and verified by users. Sometimes a developer can change something in their system, which then means another device by another manufacturer will start to become problematic.
We encourage all of our clients to allow us to service their systems even when there is no fault. By visiting proactively, we can ensure your technology is always running on the latest software version.
Each system we install for our clients is a bespoke match to their requirements and our service packages are tailored similarly. We offer differing types of packages that offer varying response times for issues you may experience. Each package also includes an increasing number of proactive visits to your site each year, mitigating the likelihood of a problem occurring in the first instance.
