Surrey Smart Home, Esher
A local building company introduced us to the international homeowner of a large residential property on a prestigious private estate in Esher, who was carrying out a complete internal renovation and refurbishment. The previous owner had removed most of the previous system when they sold the property, so we had to start afresh.
We installed ten zones of Audio, eight zones of video distribution coupled with eight new televisions, replaced the entire lighting and heating system, integrated eight zones of air conditioning, twelve CCTV cameras and upgraded the gate entry system.
We integrated all these services into a single control system from Control4. We now maintain this property with quarterly proactive site visits and support our clients we reactive call-outs as part of their maintenance package.
